Brad Bertoch - Brad is currently president and member of the board of trustees at the non - profit equity accelerator Wayne Brown Institute (WBI), a nationally recognized leader in equity - backed business development, capital formation and technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. Under his direction, WBI has established close relationships with numerous venture capital firms and developed regional conferences to match entrepreneurs with investors. He also developed the Cooperative Venturing Educational Process, the Cooperative Venturing Network and has promoted the development and deployment of the Cooperative Venturing Analyst Report.

Mark Goines - Mark served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Division of Intuit including Quicken, Quicken.com, Quicken Insurance and Quicken Mortgage. Additionally, he co - founded and was Chief Marketing Officer at PassMark Security, an advanced authentication services provider that he helped sell to RSA in 2006. Goines today focuses on investing in technology companies and also serves on the board and as an investor in four other ventures including Credit Interlink, Nolo.com, BullRun Financial and Mint.com, a consumer online financial management company.

Steve Jones - Most recently, Steve was CEO of Auction Trust Network (ATN), a service that optimizes customer relationships for online auctions and engineered the acquisition of the company. Steve has more than 16 years experience with several technology companies both public and private. Prior to ATN, he was the founder and CEO of Solera Networks. He has held various sales and marketing positions at companies including Vykor, Netegrity Inc., Mosaix Inc., Novell and WordPerfect.

Mike Levinthal - Mike has over 26 years of venture capital investing experience having supported and advised the following business successes: Altiris, Citrix, Concur Technologies, Heartstream, Pure Software and WebMethods, among others. Mike spent 20 years with the Mayfield Fund, where he founded Mayfield Software Partners, a side fund consisting of 20 leading software entrepreneurs as investors. He started his career in venture capital at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where he also formed ONSET Ventures, a venture firm specializing in incubating new companies. He is also a Special Limited Partner of 2X Management, a venture fund focused on growth capital opportunities in the consumer space.

Andrew McLauchlan - Andrew has more than 20 years experience in the finance industry. He established and held leadership roles in the Australian/New Zealand Bank (ANZ) e-Commerce business unit. Currently, he resides as principal of 443, a niche strategy and information security consultancy firm. Formerly CEO and Chairman of IdenTrust, Andrew led the establishment of this global leader in trusted identity solutions and remains an Independent Director at IdenTrust representing Asia and the Pacific.
